Die DB Lounge Düsseldorf befindet sich außerhalb des Bahnhofgebäudes im Erdgeschoss, Heinz-Schmöle-Straße 12. Sie erreichen die Lounge über Ausgang 3 (Ostseite) in Richtung Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz. Der Fußweg vom jeweiligen Ankunftsgleis zum Eingang beträgt zwei bis fünf Minuten.
