- Start by sending a “Hello”.
- Once the privacy policy and a few “rules” have been explained, you can then provide us with the necessary details about the litter.
- We need the following information from you:
- Station or train number (for the Berlin and Munich S-Bahn)
- Type of mess (e.g. litter, dirt, unpleasant odours, spilled liquids, or even full rubbish bins)
- A description as precise as possible of where to find the mess (e.g. platform 6, section D)*
- A photo helps us to identify the issue quickly.
- Alternatively, our service team will be happy to guide you through the reporting process.
*Please note:
This service is intended for cases of litter that a cleaning team can clear up on site at short notice. Not every report can therefore be dealt with via this service. For example, vegetation clearance, large-scale graffiti, damage to or faults in technical installations, and mess on the tracks or in public areas not belonging to DB are not included in DB’s scope of services.
Thank you very much for your support. Together, we can keep our stations clean.
