DB Information counters are the place to go for information about your rail journey, and they serve as a meeting point for travellers and station visitors. If you have any questions about your trip or the town/city where the station is located, staff at the counter have the answers you need. If a station does not have a counter, our service staff are only too happy to help you with any query you might have.

Do you need assistance when gettting on or off the train or changing trains? Our mobile service staff at stations provide travellers with advice and assistance. Just look for red caps with the word "Service". You can contact our mobility centres at 0180 6 512 512 (*EUR 0.20 per call from landlines, max. EUR 0.60 per call from mobile networks) or online at www.bahn.de/barrierefrei. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we would ask you to notify us in good time.

Have you lost or found something on a train or at a station?
Simply get in touch with us free of charge at www.fundservice.bahn.de. You can call us at 0900 1 99 05 99 (EUR 0.59/min. from a German landline, costs for calls on mobile networks may vary).
You can also hand in found items or report a loss at the station.

The Triple-S concept is our masterplan for safety and customer focus at stations. Operating around the clock, Triple-S centres collect all important information regarding station processes. Some stations feature help points (emergency intercoms) that connect callers straight to the Triple-S centres.
Stations also have their own security teams, while Germany's Federal Police handle safety issues in the rail network on behalf of the national government.
Please note DB Station&Service AG's rules and regulations as well as locally published additions at the train station: they are designed to make your time at our stations safe and pleasant.

Wifi at stations
We give travellers 30 minutes of free internet access at over 125 stations. You can go online with your smartphone or laptop, send and receive e-mails, upload files to the cloud and make online phonecalls – our free wifi connection doesn't come with restrictions.When your initial 30 minutes are up, you can keep surfing by logging in to a hotspot provided by Telekom.
After the 30 minutes end, Telekom offers a range of additional options that are available for purchase. Pricing information is available at www.hotspot.de.

Open an internet browser and go to a website (any will do) Our system forwards you automatically to the hotspot homepage
Go online by selecting "Go online" and then clicking "Start surfing"
