At many stations, there is a place where travellers can get help: the DB Information desk. Our colleagues there know the station well, provide information on connections and deal with any enquiries from travellers and visitors. We are extending this information and service offering into the digital sphere
Under the name DB Info, a provider-neutral website and app are being developed, which will be launched by December 2026 at the latest.
This will make the familiar support provided by DB Information accessible to everyone, even at small stations where there is no on-site staff.
Already available in the meantime: bahnhof.de
