The sanitary facilities are located there under the escalators - there is also signposting to this effect. Guests who use the SANIFAIR sanitary facilities in the Bahnhofspassagen at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof pay a usage fee and receive a voucher as a thank you, which they can redeem at all participating redemption partners of the passages Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Children who cannot reach the money slot can enter the SANIFAIR facility via the free children's entrance. People with disabilities and their carers can use the disabled toilets free of charge. Nappy-changing facilities are also available free of charge for parents with babies. The fee and redemption conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which are displayed in the entrance area of the SANIFAIR facility in the passages at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, along with an overview of the participating redemption partners.
