If you have any questions about your trip or the town/city where the station is located, staff at the counter have the answers you need. If a station does not have a counter, our service staff are only too happy to help you with any query you might have.

Simply get in touch with us free of charge at www.fundservice.bahn.de. You can call us at 0900 1 99 05 99 (EUR 0.59/min. from a German landline, costs for calls on mobile networks may vary).
You can also hand in found items or report a loss at the station.
