During our construction work at Görlitz station, trains will increasingly stop at platforms 9 and 10, which do not have a lift.

Free taxi service during the construction work from March 2026

Therefore, for passengers with reduced mobility in a wheelchair or with a walking frame from Sunday, 1 March 2026, a free "station transfer" will be available. A wheelchair-accessible taxi will run between Löbau (Sachs) or Gersdorf (Görlitz) and Görlitz railway station by wheelchair-accessible taxi.

Prerequisite for the station transfer is to register 24 hours before the journey via the Mobility Service Centre.
