We are expanding the familiar DB Information service into the digital sphere: bahnhof.de is being developed into a provider-neutral platform, which will be available in future as both a website and an app

From 15 October, the ban on alcohol consumption will form part of the rules and regulations at all railway stations nationwide. Carrying open containers of alcoholic drinks is also prohibited

The pedestrian underpass beneath Platform 3 and Platform 4 will be closed from 3 October 2026. No trains will be running from Platform 3; these services will be diverted to Platform 4. There is currently no accessible access to Platforms 2, 4 and 5.

Please note:

  • Access to platforms 1 and 2 remains possible via Rosenstraße.
  • Access to platforms 4 and 5 is only possible via Grabenstraße. Alternative routes are signposted.
  • It is not possible to walk directly from Grabenstraße to Rosenstraße.
  • The construction work and closure of the pedestrian underpass are expected to last until the end of winter 2026/2027.

Please note the changed route. For replacement transport, please follow the route signs.
