- Select the federal state where the station is located here on this page.
- Open the relevant WhatsApp chat
- Start by sending a “Hello”.
- Once the privacy policy and a few “rules” have been explained, you can then provide us with the necessary details about the litter.
- We need the following information from you:
- Station or train number (for the Berlin and Munich S-Bahn)
- Type of mess (e.g. litter, dirt, unpleasant odours, spilled liquids, or even full rubbish bins)
- A description as precise as possible of where to find the mess (e.g. platform 6, section D)
- A photo helps us to identify the issue quickly.
- Alternatively, our service team will be happy to guide you through the reporting process.
