Renovation work on the entrance hall of Dresden-Neustadt station will begin on 7 April 2026. The hall was inaugurated in 1901. After 125 years, the listed Rabitz ceiling needs to be completely renovated. We will be closing the entrance hall for this work from 7 April 2026 until probably 12 May 2026.

The entrance hall and shops are expected to be open again from 13 May 2026.

What does this mean for travellers?
