If you go to the toilet at the station Uelzen, you will find yourself in a work of art by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The now deceased Austrian artist redesigned the entire station Uelzen in flowing shapes and bright colours as part of EXPO 2000. In addition to the toilets in and around the station, there are three other public toilets within a radius of one kilometre.
