Our Zappendorf sausage and meat specialties are still produced in the old artisan tradition. They are produced fresh every day using meat from local farmers in Ostrau, Hettstedt, Calbe and Ballenstedt as well as regional spices - and all without colorants, flavor enhancers or similar additives.
Just like in grandma's day, our extensive range of snacks is also freshly prepared in our kitchen every day.
