We, the Zappendorfer sausage makers, produce fresh sausage and snack specialties every day using traditional artisanal methods—made with regional ingredients and meat from farmers in Saxony-Anhalt. All-natural, with no artificial additives.
Now in its second generation, our business is run with passion. Just like in Grandma’s day, everything is freshly prepared in our kitchen, lovingly packaged, and made with a lot of heart.
Early in the morning, our specialties leave the production line and are delivered to over 30 locations in Halle, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Gera, and Erfurt. To ensure maximum freshness, every step of the process is perfectly coordinated—around the clock.
