DB Station&Service AG is there for you at the railway station. Our DB Information counters are the place to go for information about your rail journey, and they serve as a meeting point for travellers and visitors at over 80 stations nationwide. The counters can also provide you with information about trains, timetables and your surroundings. Our mobile service teams can also supply information and advice at over 160 stations: just look for red caps with the word "Service".

We take part in conciliation procedures conducted by the Schlichtungsstelle für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr e. V. (söp), Germany's dispute arbitration board for public transport, in the event that these are necessary. If you have submitted a complaint to us and are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can request conciliation from the independent arbitration board söp.
