HBB-Store is a convenience store concept developed by Hamburger Bahnhofsbetriebe Basal GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, that offers commuters and travelers at the train station a wide and fresh selection of items for their travels and daily needs. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, an afternoon coffee, or just a quick snack—you’ll always find something delicious to eat here.

And, of course, there’s always something new to try. We make it quick, easy, and convenient—you can get everything you need in one place. Our “HBB Stores” offer fresh baked goods and snacks, specialty coffees, beverages, and tobacco products, as well as baguettes with cheese, egg, and sausage, or baguettes topped with döner and melted Gouda cheese.
As a thank-you for the friendly service and delicious food, our locations were awarded the “Silver French Fry Bag,” which ranks second in the entire state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Violence and assaults against children, women, and vulnerable individuals are a growing problem in our society. In response, HBB has raised awareness among its operators and employees and created safe havens at train stations for people who feel threatened and need help, where they can receive assistance.
