What does Feinbäckerei Thiele stand for? We use regional flour and our breads are made with natural sourdough, which is carefully tended and cared for 365 days a year. Our traditional recipes and production methods are the secret of the convincing taste of our baked goods. We cook the fillings for our products ourselves, because a pinch of one spice or another makes all the difference. We give opportunities to people with different backgrounds, whether they are young mothers without training or people with disabilities. We have a tradition of training.
