What does Thiele Fine Bakery stand for? We use regional flour, and our breads are made with natural sourdough that is carefully tended and nurtured 365 days a year. Our traditional recipes and methods are the secret behind the exceptional taste of our baked goods. We prepare the fillings for our products ourselves, because that extra pinch of one spice or another makes all the difference.
We provide opportunities to people from all walks of life, including young mothers without formal training and people with disabilities. Training is a tradition for us. A large portion of our management team has risen through the ranks from apprentice to supervisor. We are proud of and grateful for this loyalty.
