For nearly 100 years now, the Ditsch brand has stood for oven-freshness and great taste. Our more than 200 stores in Germany—including the one at Gelsenkirchen Central Station—are deliberately designed to be open and transparent, creating a warm atmosphere. Our conveyor oven also plays a key role in this, baking our pretzels until they’re crispy and fresh so they reach our customers straight from the oven.
