Tradition and modernity - the Pappert bakery combines these two supposed opposites. Some of the recipes for breads and the like date back to the founding generation of 1928, but the appearance with numerous snacks and a coffee bar with various hot drinks specialists completes the picture of a modern daytime gastronomy.
All baked goods are produced in the bakery in Poppenhausen at the foot of the Wasserkuppe. All bread rolls and many breads are freshly baked in the station to guarantee the best freshness and quality. In addition to cakes and sweet pastries, there is also an extensive breakfast menu. With plenty of seating, there is the opportunity to bridge waiting times in a pleasant atmosphere - but even if you don't have much time at Fulda station, we can serve our guests quickly.
