Tradition and modernity—the Pappert Bakery brings these two apparent opposites together. Some of the recipes for bread and other baked goods date back to the founding generation of 1928, but the bakery’s offerings—including a wide variety of snacks and a coffee bar featuring a selection of specialty hot beverages—round out the picture of a modern daily dining experience.
All baked goods are produced in the bakery in Poppenhausen at the foot of the Wasserkuppe. All rolls and many loaves are then freshly baked at the train station to guarantee the best freshness and quality. In addition to cakes and pastries, there is also an extensive breakfast menu. With plenty of seating, guests can pass the time in a pleasant atmosphere—but even if you’re short on time at Fulda Station, we can serve you quickly.
