We don't want to drag it out at this point, but what's on our minds needs to be said. The Helbing bakery has been baking bread, rolls and much more for more than 100 years.

For us, craftsmanship means: selecting the raw materials ourselves, preparing the dough ourselves, baking fresh from the oven ourselves. That's what master bakers do for us.
