For nearly 100 years now, the Ditsch brand has stood for oven-fresh quality and great taste. Our more than 200 locations in Germany—including one at Erfurt Central Station—are intentionally designed to be open and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere. Our conveyor-belt oven also contributes to this—it’s where our pretzels are baked to crispy perfection and thus reach our customers straight from the oven. Ditsch offers a wide variety of takeout items, all of which are, of course, fresh and of the highest quality.
