Die Brotmeisterei Steinecke - As a bread bakery, we are committed to top quality, handmade from selected and natural raw materials according to our own recipes. We are particularly proud of our traditional three-stage sourdough process. After extensive dough resting, the unique aroma unfolds in every loaf. Baked at almost 400°C in a stone slab oven, our breads get their typical crust - piece by piece, night after night. With more than 30 unique types of bread and over 35 bread roll specialties, we provide an enjoyable variety and a varied, healthy diet at Braunschweig's main station.
