The Steinecke bread bakery. As a master baker, we are committed to top quality, handmade from selected and natural raw materials according to our own recipes. We are particularly proud of our traditional three-stage sourdough process. After extensive dough resting, the unique aroma unfolds in every loaf. Baked at almost 400°C in a stone slab oven, our breads get their typical crust - piece by piece, night after night.
