Bäckerhaus Veit is a medium-sized family-owned bakery based in Bempflingen. We place great emphasis on the artisanal production of our baked goods and on the high quality of our ingredients, which we source directly from our region whenever possible.
Since 2008, we have been growing the following heirloom grain varieties through contract farming in the region, thereby saving these heirloom varieties from extinction: Schwäbischer Dickkopf land wheat, Richards red-grain wheat, and Samtrot Ur-Binkel.
