Bäckerhaus Veit is a medium-sized family bakery based in Bempflingen. We attach great importance to the artisanal production of our baked goods and the high quality of our ingredients, which we source directly from our region wherever possible.
Since 2008, we have been growing the following old grain varieties under contract in the region, thus saving these old varieties from extinction: the Swabian Dickkopf-Landweizen, Richards Rotkornweizen and the Samtrot Ur-Binkel.
