The Federal Police is responsible for public safety at major train stations. It carries out prevention and law enforcement duties around the clock, for example, against vandalism, property and violent crime, as well as dangerous interference with rail traffic. The Federal Police is also present at major events and ensures the safety of rail passengers and station visitors.
