The DRK Station Service is a social resource center for travelers and anyone seeking assistance who needs help finding their way around the station or in the city of Rostock. The team is always ready to listen to any concerns, helps with boarding, disembarking, and transferring trains, and provides first aid in emergencies. There are also changing and breastfeeding facilities for families. Outside of opening hours, assistance is available by prior arrangement.
