CigköfteM expands the culinary variety at Mannheim Central Station.
CigköfteM stands for a conscious, healthy, vegan and vegetarian lifestyle in line with the motto:

CigköfteM consists of bulgur (wheat), tomato puree, ground chili peppers and 18 other herbs and spices.
There is a light spicy version and a "normal" spicy version.
CigköfteM is combined with a homemade pomegranate sauce, fresh lemon juice, fresh mint, fresh parsley, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions and is available in the form of a wrap (Dürüm) or as a portion to fill yourself.
Wheat balls filled with vegetables and falafel round off the culinary offering.
