CigköfteM is made from bulgur (wheat), tomato paste, ground chili peppers, and 18 other herbs and spices.
It comes in a mildly spicy version and a “regular” spicy version.
CigköfteM is served with a homemade pomegranate sauce, fresh lemon juice, fresh mint, fresh parsley, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and scallions, and is available as a wrap (dürüm) or as a serving to top yourself.
Wheat balls stuffed with vegetables and falafel round out the menu.
