Steinecke Bakery. As a bakery, we are committed to the highest quality, crafting our bread by hand from select, natural ingredients according to our own recipes. We are particularly proud of our traditional, three-stage sourdough fermentation process. After an extended resting period, each loaf develops its unique aroma. Baked at nearly 400°C in a stone-slab oven, our breads develop their characteristic crust—loaf by loaf, night after night. With more than 30 unique varieties of bread and over 35 specialty rolls, we offer a delightful variety and a diverse, healthy diet right at Magdeburg’s main train station.
