Meister Döner offers traditional Turkish dishes at the Duisburg Central Station: veal or chicken döner on a rotating basis; stuffed pastries with ground meat, cheese, spinach, and cheese; gözleme (thin flatbreads made from yufka dough, usually with a savory filling); Turkish strudel-style pastries filled with ground meat or cheese; vegan millet salad; and regular mixed salads with yogurt or garlic dressing.
