The Ditsch brand has stood for oven-freshness and taste for around 100 years now. Our more than 200 branches in Germany, including at Bielefeld Central Station, are deliberately designed to be open and transparent and convey a warm atmosphere. Our mesh belt oven, in which our pretzels are baked fresh and crispy and thus find their way to our customers warm from the oven, also contributes to this.
