The Federal Police is responsible for public safety at Berlin’s Ostbahnhof station. Around the clock, it carries out preventive and law enforcement duties, such as combating vandalism, property crime, and violent crime, as well as dangerous interference with rail traffic. The Federal Police is also present at major events and ensures the safety of rail passengers and visitors to the station.
