At Station to Station you can expect concerts in a special setting. This year, a six-piece jazz ensemble and two spoken word artists interpret the well-known work of Gustav Mahler in a new way.
The aim is to promote cultural engagement in public spaces and to make visual art and music accessible to very many people as an important building block for social life.
The first five concerts will take place between 15 and 24 September 2023, each from 7 to 8 p.m. at Oldenburg (Oldb) Hbf, Hamm (Westf) Hbf, Halle (Saale) Hbf, Weimar Bahnhof and Heidelberg Hbf stations. The sixth and final concert will be on 15 October 2023 at 20:00 in the Konzerthaus Freiburg. Admission is free.
